Started the organization in 1992 and has been working ever since. Recipient on Nari Shakti Puraskar (highest civilian award for women in India) in 2018. Also received Outstanding Achiever Award of the Government of West Bengal in 2012.

President

A respected individual who is a lawyer and a professor at a Law School. He has been a strong supporter of the institution for a very long time.

SUKUMAR CHAKRABORTY

Principal VOW Blind School

He himself is partially blind, but has been successfully running the school for many years. He has received the State Award for Outstanding Employee with Disability in 2014.
